Wendy Seabolt has a passion for helping others that began with her banking career in the 90s as a Loan Processor and Administrative Assistant in her hometown of Mobile, Alabama. After relocating to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Wendy continued caring for others when she attended the Medical College of Georgia and became a Dental Hygienist. As a Dental Hygienist, she developed skills to help those who may be apprehensive about new or stressful situations. Through compassion and education, Wendy created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for her patients that encouraged growth and success in their health for 16 years.

While Wendy was very successful in dentistry, she missed working with numbers and finance. In 2020, she obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license and began working with HOMESTAR. Wendy is licensed in ten states and enjoys working from her home in Blairsville, Georgia. She continues to provide the same comforting support to clients, offering patience and education throughout the mortgage application process. Wendy understands that purchasing or refinancing a home can be intimidating; therefore, she provides reassurance and support when and where needed, ensures each client receives the best terms available, and enables a quick and efficient path to a smooth and successful closing.

When she is not working, Wendy spends time with her husband, son, two daughters and sons-in-law, and granddaughter. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and DIY home projects.
